Augmentation de la demande de logements à WindsorLONDON, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - 9 nov. 2012) - D'après l'édition de l'automne 2012 du rapport Perspectives du marché de l'habitation pour la région métropolitaine de recensement (RMR) de Windsor diffusée aujourd'hui par la Société canadienne d'hypothèques et de logement (SCHL), la demande s'accroîtra en 2013, aussi bien sur le marché des logements existants que sur celui du neuf. En 2013, le prix des habitations sur le marché de la revente de Windsor progressera à un rythme proche du taux d'inflation.
« La demande de logements existants augmentera légèrement en 2013, aussi bien de la part d'acheteurs déjà propriétaires que d'accédants à la propriété, la croissance économique aux États-Unis se traduisant par la création d'emplois dans la région de Windsor-Essex. Une reprise de la croissance démographique favorisera une intensification de la construction résidentielle en 2013 », a déclaré Margot Stevenson, analyste de marché à la SCHL pour la RMR de Windsor.
