CEMATRIX Corporation Announces $1.8 Million of New Contracts

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Aug. 8, 2012) - CEMATRIX Corporation (TSX VENTURE:CVX) (the "Corporation" or the "Company" or "CEMATRIX") is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, CEMATRIX (Canada) Inc. has received signed orders for oil sands and infrastructure projects in the amount of $1.8 million, all of which are scheduled for completion in 2012. These new contract's bring this year's total contracted work to $10.4 million, of which approximately $8.1 million is scheduled for completion in 2012 and approximately $2.3 million is scheduled for completion in 2013.
