Media Advisory/Science Behind The Games: Minister of State Goodyear to Tour University of Ottawa Lab

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 7, 2012) - The Honourable Gary Goodyear, Minister of State for Science and Technology, will be in Ottawa Wednesday to tour the laboratory of Dr. Tony Carlsen at the University of Ottawa and to participate in demonstrations of his current research on acoustic stimuli triggering spontaneous human reaction. This research is helping Canadian athletes own the podium.

Following the tour, Minister of State Goodyear will be available for questions and photos.
