HLD Land Development Limited Partnership Announces Distribution and Promissory Note Payment

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 3, 2012) -

HLD Land Development Limited Partnership ("HLD" or the "Partnership") (CNSX:HLD.UN) today announced that the General Partner has declared a distribution of $0.11 per partnership unit payable on or after July 26, 2012 to Unitholders of record as of July 19, 2012. The ex-distribution date, the date as of which a purchaser of units in the Partnership is no longer entitled to receive the distribution, is July 17, 2012. The Partnership will make a concurrent payment of principal in the aggregate amount of $2,043.37 to the holders of promissory notes issued by the Partnership, reducing the amount owed on these non-interest bearing notes from $20,433.75 to $18,390.38.
