| Project: | structural steel frame, fuel fired heating system, construction of a new multi-purpose spectator facility supporting a minimum of 4,500 seats to replace the 73 year old Jack Gatecliff complex with the Niagara Ice Dogs as anchor tenant. The development of a facility of this size will enable St Catharines to expand its range of entertainment, cultural and business events helping to revitalize the city. The Project will be constructed on City owned lands located at 55 McGuire St which is currently known as the Lower Level Parking Lot in downtown St Catharines. |
