|Project:||proposed redevelopment of the site of the existing Bathurst Plaza. The project will include construction of a residential and retail development. The proposed scope of work includes; Building A, a 6-storey, 200,740 sq ft, condominium building with 179 residential units. Also included will be 6,257 sq ft of amenity space and 14,369 sq ft of retail space. This site will also include 20 condominium townhouse units for 220,000 sq ft in two structures. Building B, a 171,213 sq ft, 4 to 5-storey condominium building will have 171 units, 5,066 sq ft of amenity space and 6,023 sq ft of retail space, Also included will be six townhouse units at grade level. Parcel C on the site will include construction of 18 freehold townhouse units with a total area of 36,814 sq ft. The site will also include parking for 560 cars and parkland. |
