Several leading Canadian economists and experts will be speaking at the CanaData Construction Industry Forecasts Conference in Toronto Thursday.

Those attending CanaData will gain insight into mega projects, commercial construction, global commodity prices and related issues. The conference is scheduled September 27th at the Liberty Grand Conference Centre, at 25 British Columbia Drive on the Canadian National Exhibition Centre grounds in Toronto.
The luncheon keynote speaker will be Jessica Holmes, a favourite on CBC TV's Royal Canadian Air Farce.
Alex Carrick, who has been Chief Economist with CanaData since 1985, will return to present at this year's show. CanaData is a product of Reed Construction Data, publisher of this website. RCD Canada's general manager, Mark Casaletto, will also be presenting.
Returning this year will be Peter Norman, Chief Economist, Altus Group and General Manager, Altus Group Economic Consulting. Other speakers this year are: Stuart Barron, National Director of Research and Director, Real Estate Finance for Canadian Markets at Cushman & Wakefield Ltd.; Ryan Berlin, Economic and Housing Market Analyst, Urban Futures; Peter Hall, Vice President and Chief Economist, Export Development Canada; and Dina Ignjatovic, Economist, Autos, Commodities and Other Industries, TD Bank Financial Group.
