Coroner's inquest to look into Brampton, Ontario construction death

The Ontario government recently announced that a coroner's inquest will be held into the death of Jermaine Ennis, who died nearly a year ago as a result of injuries sustained during the course of his employment at a construction site in Brampton.

The inquest, announced by the Regional Supervising Coroner for Central Region, Guelph Office, will examine the events surrounding his death on Oct. 28, 2011.

The date and location has yet to be announced and the jury will be able to make recommendations aimed at preventing similar deaths.
