Toddglen continues work on The Palm Condos in Toronto

Work continues on glass installation for The Palm Condos on Yonge Street in North York, Ont.
General contractor of the 23-storey, 200-unit project is Toddglen Group of Companies. The building will be equipped with fitness facilities, a multi-purpose room, business centre, board room, a party room and pool. The owner is Castle Group Ventures and the project was designed by HCA Architecture. Consultants are: Stephenson Engineering Ltd. (structural) and Jain & Associates Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
Subcontractors include: Fourwinds Construction Inc. (site work); Trifield Construction Co. Ltd. (excavation); Deep Foundations Contractors Ltd.; Delgant Construction Ltd. (formwork); Cesan Mechanical; Electroserve Contracting Inc. (electrical); C & A Tedesco Waterproofing and Fujitec Canada Inc. (elevators).
