A look back at Social Media Masterclass

Now that mobile computing and wireless networks have enabled the use of social media by employees who do not do most of their work at desktop computers, the technology is starting to get popular in the construction industry.

Christine Zakrajsek, social media manager for EllisDon Corp., offers practical tips for businesses on the use of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blogs and similar Internet services.

Social Media Masterclass is a collaborative initiative developed by Reed Construction Data and EllisDon Corp. Part of that initiative is a series of articles Zakrajsek wrote for Reed Construction Data. In this video, Zakrajsek looks back on the series.
