Project progress
Dominus continues construction of Pier 27 Condominiums in Toronto

Work is ongoing for the Pier 27 Condominiums phases one and two in Toronto, Ont. Dominus Construction Group Ltd. is construction manager and the owners are Fernbrook/Cityzen Development Corp.
The work consists of four, 12-storey towers with 695-units, four levels of underground parking, a theatre, fitness facilities and outdoor pool.
The project was designed by architectsAlliance. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Smith and Andersen Consulting Engineering (mechanical/electrical) and MBTW Landscape Architects.
Subtrades include: GFL (excavation); Faga Group (underground slab drainage); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Premform Ltd. (formwork); Salit Steel Ltd. (rebar); Innocon Inc. (concrete); D. Zentil Mechanical; Mayfair Electric and Schindler Elevators Corp.
