Bluescape Construction works on 35-storey Market Wharf condos in Toronto

Glass installation is almost at the top floor on the Market Wharf condominium/retail project in Toronto.
Bluescape Construction Management Inc. began the 35-storey project including an eight-storey podium late in 2009 for owner Context Development Inc. The building will include a party room, a theatre, fitness centre, steam rooms and a boardroom. Retail/wholesale services will be located in the podium.
The project was designed by architectsAlliance and consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and Scott Torrance Landscape Architects. Subtrades include: Coreydale Contracting Co. (excavation); Rumble Contracting Ltd. (foundation) and Paramount Structures Ltd. (formwork).
