Lambton Shores plans new storage facility construction

THEDFORD, Ont.

The Municipality of Lambton Shores is planning a public information centre Aug. 7 on the proposed construction of a winter control material storage facility near Port Franks, Ont., about 70 kilometres northwest of London.

Lambton Shores, formed from the 2001 amalgamation of Forest, Grand Bend and other towns and villages northeast of Sarnia, has undertaken an environmental assessment for the construction of the facility, to be located at the Northville Municipal Operations Centre. BKL Consulting Engineers will be presenting at the meeting.
