Edilcan works on One Valhalla Condos in west Toronto

Work is underway on the Thunderbird Condominium, One Valhalla Condos phase two in Etobicoke, Ont. Edilcan Construction Corp. has completion of the 35-storey, 336 unit scheduled for mid-2013 and the owner is Valhalla Thunderbird Inc.
The project will include fitness facilities, an indoor pool, movie screening room, a business centre, a guest suite and rooftop terrace.
The project was designed by Page + Steele Inc. and IBI Group. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Able Engineering (mechanical/electrical); Munge Leung Design Associates (interior) and Schollen & Company Inc. (landscape).
Subtrades include: Ragno Excavating; Avenue Building Corp. (formwork); Harris Rebar; Dufferin Concrete; Village Masonry; University Plumbing & Heating; Mayfair Electric; Viana Roofing & Sheet Metal and Toro Aluminum Ltd. (windows).
