Exterior work moves up on Rushton Residences at 743 St. Clair Ave. W. in Toronto, Ont.

Javlee Construction Co. Ltd. is construction manager and the owner is The Goldman Group. The nine-storey, 35-unit project will include ground floor retail, an exercise room, a recreation centre and one level of underground parking.

The project was designed by EI Richmond Architects Ltd. and consultants are: Sigmund Soudack & Associates Ltd. (structural); United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and Terraplan Landscape Architects Inc.
