Dominus continues construction on 57-storey L Tower condos in Toronto

Work is moving skywards at the L Tower condominium project on Front Street in Toronto. Dominus Construction Group Ltd. is construction manager for the 57-storey, 600-suite project with a fitness centre, spa, indoor pool and adjacent underground parking.
The owners are Castlepoint Development Corp./Fernbrook Homes/Cityzen Development Corp. and completion has been scheduled for the end of 2012.
The project was designed by Studio Daniel Libeskind/IBI Group Page & Steele Inc. and the interior designer is Munge Leung.
Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Smith and Andersen Consulting Engineering (mechanical/electrical); HGC Engineering (acoustics); and Isherwood Geostructural Engineers.
Subtrades include: GFL (excavation); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Salit Steel Ltd. (rebar); Premform Ltd. (formwork); Innocon Inc. (concrete); Primo Mechanical; and Mayfair Electric Ltd.
