Toddglen Construction continues building South Beach condos phase 2 in Etobicoke, Ontario

Rebar spans across the South Beach Condos and Lofts phase two on Park Lawn Road in Etobicoke, Ont.
Construction manager Toddglen Construction Ltd. has completion of the 27-storey tower with 313 units scheduled for 2012. The tower will have retail space, a restaurant, a café, two pools, spa facilities and three levels of underground parking. The owner is Amexon Development Corp. and Arsenault Architect is architect/prime consultant.
The interior was designed by II by IV Design Associates Inc. Subtrades include: Anchor Shoring and Caissons Ltd.; Delgant (Civil) Ltd. (formwork); Speedy Electric Contractor Ltd. and Schindler Elevators Corp.
