Project progress
Work continues on St. Gabriel Manor condos in Toronto

Interior mechanical work is underway for the St. Gabriel Manor condominium project on Sheppard Avenue in Toronto, Ont.
Owner/developer/construction manager of the eight-storey, 96-unit building is Shane Baghai Development Ltd. It will include ground-floor retail and a roof terrace on the second floor. Completion on the project is scheduled for summer 2011. The architect is Rafael + Bigauskas Architect Inc.
Consultants are Adjeleian Allen Rubeli Ltd. (structural); United Engineering (mechanical/electrical). Subtrades include: Michael Bros. Excavating; Dolente Concrete & Drain Co.; Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; D. Zentil Mechanical Ltd.; Cooltech Air Systems Ltd.; and C&A Tedesco Waterproofing.
