Work continues on the Modern on Richmond condos in Toronto

Work progresses for the Modern on Richmond condominium project in Toronto, Ont.
Owner/construction manager Empire Communities has completion on the 17-storey, 343-unit project with four levels of underground parking scheduled for the end of 2011.The building will also have a bar, billiards, BBQ area and two plunge pools.
The architects for the project are du Toit Allsopp Hillier and E.I. Richmond Architects Ltd. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and Trace Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
