Construction continues on Clear Spirit condos in Toronto’s Distillery District

Workers pour concrete for the Clear Spirit Condominium project on Mill St. in the Distillery District of Toronto, Ont. ucker Hi-Rise Construction Ltd. is construction manager of the 44-storey, 364-unit project and the owner is Cityscape Development Corp. It will also include four levels of underground parking and retail.
The project was designed by architectsAlliance. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical); and Chase International (interior). Subcontractors include: Anpro Environmental Group Inc. (excavating); and Deep Foundations Contractors Ltd. (foundation); Italform Ltd. (formwork) Mapleview Electric Co; D. Zentil Mechanical; Salit Steel (rebar); Innocon Inc. (concrete); Jangho (curtainwall).
