Construction continues on LTD condos on Bathurst Street in Toronto

Work is moving along for the LTD condominium project on Bathurst Street in Toronto, Ont. Tucker HiRise Construction is construction manager for the 15-storey, 187 unit project and the owner is Malibu Investments Ltd.
The building will be equipped with meeting rooms, fitness centre, billiards, lounge areas, and a guest suite. Completion has been scheduled for summer 2012 and the architect is Raw Design.
Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Trace Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); MMM Group (civil); Fullscale + partners Inc. (interior) and Ferris + Associates (landscape).
