A new industrial development will take shape in North Vancouver for Parissa Inc. The 27,000 square foot facility is being built to reach LEED Silver Certification. The walls of the warehouse are insulated tilt up panels. Consultants on the $4 million project include Durante Kreuk Ltd. (landscape), WSB (structural), Perez & Associates (mechanical), Nemetz & Associates Ltd. (electrical) and Binnie (civil).
