Concrete pouring continues for the Northshore Condominiums Phase One in Mississauga, Ont. Owner/general contractor Fram Building Group has completion of the 22-storey condo with over 200 units and retail set for spring 2010. The architect for the project is Giannone Petricone Associates Inc. Consultants are: Blackwell Bowick Partnership (structural); CBM Engineering Group (mechanical/electrical); and Baker Turner Inc. (landscape). Subcontractors include: B. Gottardo Construction Ltd. (site work); Yukon Construction Inc. (foundation); Global Precast; Donmor Drywall; Aquasafe Mechanical Ltd.; Leon’s Insulation Inc. (waterproofing); Quest Window Systems Inc.; and Otis Canada Inc. (elevators).
