Building B Site in Mississauga, Ontario

Construction is progressing on the Great West Life (GWL) Building B at 2050 Derry Rd. in Mississauga, Ont. Cooper Construction Limited began the office in January 2009 and completion is scheduled for the end of 2009. The GWL Building B was designed by Adamson & Associates Architects Inc. Consultants are: Stephenson Engineering Ltd. (structural); Andronowski & Associates Ltd. (mechanical); and Mulvey & Banani (electrical). Subtrades include: D’Orazio Infrastructure Group Ltd. (earthworks); M&G Steel Ltd.(structural steel); Hardrock Forming Co.; CBM Aggregates (concrete); Architectural Precast; GA Masonry Ltd.; Plan Group (electrical); Superior Sprinkler (fire protection); Clima Mechanical Contractors; Westmount Storefront (aluminum/windows); and Kone Inc.
