Construction is beginning to wind down on the Majestic Court condominium project on Clegg Rd. in Markham, Ont. Developer Times Group Corporation expects completion of the two-tower project soon and it will also include two levels of underground parking. The Majestic Court condominium project was designed by Kirkor Architects and Planners. Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates Inc. and MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical). Subtrades include: Oak Site Preparation Inc. (excavation); Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Premform Ltd. (formwork); Albrecht Bros. Reinforcing Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); James Dick Concrete (concrete supply); Primo Mechanical Inc.; Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates; and Schindler Elevator Corp.
