Conestoga Mall Food Court Construction
LEDCOR CONSTRUCTION LTD.
Steel work takes shape for the Conestoga Mall Phase 5 project in Waterloo, Ont. Construction manager Ledcor Construction Ltd. began the single-storey renovation and addition to the food court in November 2008 and completion is scheduled for October 2009. The owner is Ivanhoe Cambridge and the project was designed by Pellow + Associates Architects Inc. Consultants are: Banerjee & Associates Ltd. (structural); The Mitchell Partnership Ltd. (mechanical); and Hammerschlag & Joffe Inc. (electrical). Subtrades include: Kieswetter Excavating; Albrecht Reinforcing Inc. (rebar); Terrastone Construction Inc. (formwork); Norak Steel Construction Inc. (structural steel); CBM (concrete); GA Masonry; The Roberts Group (mechanical); Deltro Electric; C & H Fire Suppressions Systems Inc. (fire protection); Westmount Storefronts Systems Ltd. (windows); Schreiber Roofing; and Brantco Construction (paving).
