Work reaches the third floor of the Aerocentre Phase V project in Mississauga, Ont. Construction manager Vanbots along with project manager BPI Consultants Corp. began the eight-storey office with three levels of parking in fall 2008 and completion has been scheduled for summer 2010. The owner is HOOPP Realty Inc. and the architect for the project is Sweeny Sterling Finlayson & Co. Consultants are: Stephenson Engineering Ltd. (structural); The Mitchell Partnership (mechanical); and Manuel Jordao & Associates (electrical). Subtrades include: Harris Rebar; Structform International (formwork); Structural Contracting (expansion joints); Pre-Con (precast); Darlington Steel (structural steel/misc. metals); James Dick (concrete) Squire Masonry; Cesaroni Contracting (drywall); Second Generation (millwork); Maple Terrazzo Marble & Tile; Associated Painting; Camino Modular Systems (access flooring); Geo. A. Kelson Co. Ltd. (mechanical); Guild Electric; Global Architectural Metals (curtainwall); Solarfective Products (window treatment); Provincial Roofing; Vixman Construction (metal siding); Schindler Elevators Corp.; London Paving; and Aldershot Landscaping.
