The Conservatory Group began the 24-storey, 352-unit project in fall 2008 and it will include four levels of underground parking. The Pearl project was designed by E.I. Richmond Architects. Consultants are Rottman & Associates Ltd. (structural); and M.V Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical). Subtrades include: Costa Earthmoving Inc. (excavation); Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; CBM (concrete); Global Precast; Paramount (forming); Mayfair Electric Ltd.; D. Zentil Mechanical Ltd.; Rite Air Mechanical; (ventilation); Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd.; and Quest Window Systems Inc.
