Toddglen Avenue builds The Avenue condos

A concrete bucket gets a hoist at St. Clair Avenue West and Avenue Road for The Avenue Condos in Toronto, Ont. Toddglen Avenue Ltd. is construction manager of the 19-storey, 73-unit project and there will also be four levels of underground parking. The Avenue Condos were designed by Page + Steele Inc. Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); MCW Consultants Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and PD3 Planning & Design Solutions (landscape). Subtrades include: Four Winds Construction (underground drainage); Anpro Environmental Group Inc. (excavation); Bermingham Construction Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Gilbert Steel Ltd.; Highview Forming Inc.; OZZ Corp. (electrical); and University Plumbing & Heating.
