Deltera anticipates early 2009 completion of Grand Triomphe II project
Owner Tridel Corporation and construction manager Deltera Inc. have completion of the Grand Triomphe II condominium project scheduled for early 2009.
Designed by Burka Architects Inc., the 30-storey, 308-unit project also offers retail space on the ground floor
Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural) and Novatrend Engineering Group (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include Dolente Concrete & Drain Co. (site work/drainage); Anpro Excavating & Grading; Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd.; Verdi Alliance (formwork); Res Precast Inc.; Network Mechanical; Speedy Electric; Belmar Ventilation Systems; Toro Aluminum Ltd. (glass/glazing); Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd.; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
