Wynford Drive Work in Toronto

Exterior work is starting to move upwards at The Rosewood condominium project on Wynford Drive in Toronto. Greenpark Homes is construction manager for the two-tower project that consists of one 25-storey tower, one 21-storey tower and underground parking. There will also be a fitness room, conference room, and lounge. The Rosewood was designed by Burka Varacalli Architects Inc. Consultants are Kazmar Associates Ltd. (structural); and United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical). Subtrades include: Michael Bros Excavating; Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Paramount Structures (formwork); C & T Reinforcing Steel Co. Ltd.; Dufferin Concrete; Advanced Precast Inc.; Marel Contractors (drywall); D. Zentil Mechanical Inc.; Mayfair Electric Ltd.; and Primeline Windows Inc.
