Three Point Properties starts construction on Wild Coast Cottages
Three Point Properties are starting construction on the first phase of their massive resort development near Port Renfrew.
Wild Coast Cottages will contain 30 resort-style homes fronting Port Renfrew’s rugged coast line.
Owners have a selection of drawings to choose from, providing various design options. Each cottage will be built by Citta Homes.
Phase Two of the 450-acre site will contain a waterfront marina.
Future phases may include additional single-family homes with some multi-family and commercial opportunities. Construction for the entire project is estimated at $80 million.
