Behind the Post in Etobicoke, Ontario

Steel work takes the shape for the new Lakeshore Lions Arena on Kipling Ave. in Etobicoke, Ont. Giffels Design-Build Inc. has completion of the two storey project scheduled for September 2009. The work includes a four-pad arena, training facilities, offices, a theatre, hockey hall of fame, and it will have seating for 1000 spectators. The arena was designed by Stafford Haensli Architects Inc. Subtrades include: Sora Construction Ltd. (site work); Sprint Insight Inc. (mechanical/plumbing/warm air heating); Brothers & Wright Electrical Services (electrical); and York Simcoe Refrigeration Ltd.
