Spreading it Thick

Construction manager EllisDon Corp. started the $115-million project June 2003 and completion is scheduled for October.
The architect for the project is Bregman + Hamann Architects and the design architect is JPRA Architects.
Consultants are: Halsall Associates Ltd. (structural);The Mitchell Partnership Inc. (mechanical); Mulvey & Banani International Inc. (electrical); and Ferris & Associates Inc. (landscape).
Subtrades include: TACC Construction Co. Ltd. (excavation/back- fill/mechanical site services); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (drilled caissons); Structform International Ltd. (formwork); Norak Steel Construction Ltd. (structural steel); Granolite Co. Ltd. (EIFS); Geo. A. Kelson Co. Ltd. (mechanical); Guild Electric Ltd.; C.J. Duguid Flooring (Ontario) Ltd.; (Camden Glass (glass); Schreiber Brothers Ltd. (membrane roofing); Aquanorth Contracting Ltd. (waterproofing/rolling grilles); Vicwest (steel deck); Lorvin Steel Ltd. (misc. metals); and Warren Bitulithic Ltd. (road/parking lots).
