Making the Mansions
Below-grade work continues for the Mansions of Humberwood Phase 1 condominiums on Humberwood Boulevard in Etobicoke, Ont.
Owner/developer Deltera Inc./Hullmark Developments began the 29-storey, 450-unit building in May and completion is scheduled for December 2005.
The project was designed by Rafael + Bigauskas Architect Inc.
Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); A & G Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape).
Subtrades include: Magine Contractors Inc. (excavation); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Iago Forming (formwork); Harris Rebar (rebar supply); Global Precast (precast); Dufferin-Custom Concrete Group (concrete supply); Network Mechanical Inc.; Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates; Toro Aluminum Ltd. (windows); Viana Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd. (roofing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
