Truck Loads
A truck hauls dirt away at Bayview Avenue and Highway 401 for The Rockefeller condominiums in Toronto.
Owner/developer The Daniels Kenaston North Corp. began the 20-storey, 231-unit project in April.The work includes a media room, billiards room and a pool/sauna.
The project was designed by Kirkor Architects and Planners.
Consultants are: Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural); Leipciger Kaminker & Mitelman & Partners (mechanical/electrical); and Starr Landscape Group.
Subtrades include: Coreydale Contracting Co. (excavation); Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd. (shoring/caissons); and Edvac Contracting Ltd. (formwork); Harris Rebar (rebar supply); Lido Walls Systems (E.I.F.S.); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); University Plumbing & Heating Ltd.; Speedy Electric Contractors; and ThyssenKrupp Elevators Ltd.
