Team Work

Workers prepare rebar for The Windermere By The Lake condominium and townhouse project in Toronto.

General contractor Toddglen Group expects completion of the 24-storey, 255-unit building with 104 townhouses by the end of next year. It will include one level of underground parking.

The project was designed by Pellow + Associates Architects Inc.

Consultants are: Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural); TeGi Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical); and Quinn Design Associates Inc. (landscape).

Subcontractors include: Michael Bros. Excavating; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Resform Construction Ltd. (formwork); Salit Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); and University Plumbing & Heating Ltd. (mechanical).
