Victoria Tower
Work moves along for the Victoria Tower condominium project at Highway 7 and Times Avenue in Richmond Hill, Ont.
Construction manager Life Construction Inc. began the 12-storey, 126-unit building in June and completion is scheduled for August 2005. It will also have one level of underground parking.
The project was designed by Kirkor Architects and Planners.
Consultants are: Kazmar Associates Ltd. (structural); MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and Pd3 Workshop (landscape).
Subtrades include: Oak Site Preparation Inc. (excavation); Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Resform Construction Ltd. (formwork); C & T Reinforcing Steel Co. (1987) Ltd. (rebar supply); Res Precast Inc.; Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Denham Masonry; Primo Mechanical Inc.; Mayfair Electric Ltd.; Quest Window Systems Inc.; Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd. (roofing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
