FER Building Solutions plans restoration for Prince Rupert’s historic CN building
PRINCE RUPERT, B.C.
One of Prince Rupert’s oldest heritage buildings will finally be restored after the city sells it later this summer.
FER Building Solutions will buy the CN Building and restore it to Heritage Canada standards.
The company includes five architects and engineers who restore buildings and properties around the world, from Venice and Rome, to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Prince Rupert resident Frank Visentine, one of the five shareholders in FER, says the building will look like it did when it was first built.
