Circa Condos
Work progresses for Circa at Markham Town Centre in Markham, Ontario.
Tridel Corp. and Dorsay Developments began the 16-storey condo in March and completion is scheduled for fall 2005.
The project was designed by Turner Fleischer Architects.
Consultants are: Sigmund Soudack and Associates Inc. (structural); TeGi Engineering (mechanical/electrical); and MBTW Landscape Architects.
Subtrades include: Edvac Contracting Ltd. (formwork); Harris Rebar; Global Precast; Dufferin-Custom Concrete Group; Venice Masonry; Network Mechanical Inc.; Cooltech Services Ltd. (ventilation); Ozz Corporation (electrical); Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd.; Normac Kitchens; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
