Condos on the Green

Developers Urban Capital Property Group and Malibu Investments Inc. have broken ground on the $25-million St. Andrew on the Green condominium project in Toronto’s west end.

Designed by Turner Fleischer Architects Inc., the nine-storey terraced building will have 106 suites, ranging in size from 725 square feet to 2,814 square feet. The top two floors will house 13 penthouse suites, boasting 10-foot ceilings and large terraces.

Being built on Burnhamthorpe Crescent, the project overlooks the Islington Golf Club. Some 97 units have already have been sold.
