One Big Dig
Excavating work progresses for the One St. Thomas Street condominium and townhouse project in Toronto.
The project started by owner/developer Lee Development Group along with general contractor Veisman Consulting Ltd. consists of a 29-storey, 70-unit building and four townhouses.There will also be four levels of underground parking.
The project was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architect and Young & Wright Architects Inc.
Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Hidi Rae Consulting Engineers Inc. (mechanical/electrical); and Starr Landscape Inc.
Subtrades include: Millennium Earth Works (excavation) and Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.
