Life Construction seeks trade prices for 500 on Sherbourne condominium project
Life Construction Inc. is now accepting prices from finishing trades for their 500 on Sherbourne condominium project in Toronto.
The 32,140-square-meter development is owned by Richmond Hill developer Times Group Corp. The 343-unit development will include one 34-storey condominium tower, a six-storey loft tower and a four-storey townhouse wing. Architectural and engineering firms on the project include Northgrave Architect Inc. (architectural), MV Shore Associates Ltd. (electrical and mechanical), Sigmund Soudack & Associates Inc. ( structural engineering).
Life Construction Inc. expects to complete construction of this project in late 2009.
