Cressey Development’s Donovan tower project rises

The 18-storey Donovan condominium tower in Vancouver will be connected to a podium-style four-storey structure.

The 152-unit tower was designed by Rafii Architects Inc. for owner/general contractor Cressey Development Corp.

Consulting engineers involved in the project include John Bryson & Partners (structural), Jade West Engineers (mechanical) and Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical). The landscape architect is Durante Kreuk Ltd.
