Construction progresses at the Wynford Drive site of the Rosewood condominium project in Toronto.
Greenpark’s Rosewood rises
Greenpark is construction manager on the two-tower Rosewood project. The development consists of one 25-storey tower, one 21-storey tower and underground parking.
Burka Varacalli Architects Inc. designed the project, which includes a fitness room, conference room and lounge.
Consultants are Kazmar Associates Ltd. (structural) and United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include Michael Bros Excavating; Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Paramount Structures (formwork); C & T Reinforcing Steel Co. Ltd.; Dufferin Concrete; Advanced Precast Inc.; Marel Contractors (drywall); D. Zentil Mechanical Inc.; Mayfair Electric Ltd.; and Primeline Windows Inc.
