The Wyndansea Oceanfront Golf Resort hotel and condominium project is under construction near Ucluelet, on Vancouver Island’s west coast. The development will offer 180 condo/hotel suites and 95 beach and golf villas.

The resort’s Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course will also be certified a signature sanctuary with Audubon International.

The $200-million endeavour is being touted as an eco-luxury development and the most environmentally sustainable resort in North America. To that end, it will be built to LEED Gold certification standards.

Folio Hotel & Resort Architecture and MCM Partnership have designed the development jointly for owner Marine Drive Properties.
