Grandview Shores proposes upscale condo/hotel complex for Trail
Alberta-based Grandview Shores Property Management is proposing to build an upscale, mixed-use complex containing 54 condominium units and 108 hotel rooms in Trail.
With an estimated value of $27 million, the project will be replete with restaurant and indoor swimming pool.
Designed by Kelowna’s CEI Architects, the 200,000-square-foot project is in schematic design stage, but the owner hopes to break ground before the end of the year.
A general contractor has not been appointed at this time.
If all goes well, the complex will be open by early 2010.
