Stantec buys mining engineering firm McIntosh Engineering

EDMONTON

Stantec Inc. has bought Arizona-based mining engineering company McIntosh Engineering for an undisclosed amount.

Edmonton-based Stantec said that McIntosh, which has about 200 employees in Tempe, Ariz., Sudbury and North Bay, reported 2007 revenues of about $32 million.
