Workers are busy building an Olympic ice rink at Trout Lake in Vancouver.
Crews ready rebar at Bird Construction’s Olympic ice rink project
Bird Construction Company (construction manager), Walter Francl Architect Inc. (architect) and Phillips Farevaag Smallenberg (landscape architect) are all involved in the Trout Lake Olympic ice rink project.
Contractors include Con West Contracting Ltd. (site work); ISM Industrial Steel and Manufacturing Inc. (structural steel); Empire Masonry Ltd. (masonry); and Marine Roofing and Sheet Metal Ltd. (roofing/waterproofing).
Other contractors on the site include GML Mechanical Ltd. (mechanical); Canem Systems Ltd. (electrical/fire alarm system); Sunco Drywall Ltd. (drywall); Syber Concrete Forming (foundations/forms); Glastech Contracting Ltd. (glazing); and Lam Metal Contracting Ltd. (siding).
