Greenpark makes everything plumb at Richmond condominium project
Owner/general contractor Greenpark Homes began the Richmond condo project in June 2007; completion has been scheduled for summer 2009.
Designed by Page+Steele, the 14-storey, 357-unit building offers two levels of underground parking, a party room, fitness club, billiards/card room and guest suites.
Consultants are Adjeleian Allen Rubeli Ltd. (structural) and United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
